Community Health Partnership of Illinois (CHP) is committed to improving the health and well-being of migrant and seasonal farmworkers. We support these communities by providing un hogar de salud, a "wellness home" where workers and their families receive quality medical and dental care from a team of dedicated, bilingual-bicultural professionals, in an atmosphere that fosters a sense of belonging.

Farmworker Health Services, Inc. - Provides programmatic support to health centers, Head Start programs, health departments and other organizations providing high quality, cost-effective, and meaningful health services to our nation's farmworkers.
Maine Migrant Health Program is dedicated to providing quality primary and preventative healthcare services to migrant and seasonal farmworkers throughout the state. Over 1000 mothers, fathers, and children were served last season during the harvests of broccoli, eggs, apples, blueberries, tree-planting, and Christmas wreath making.
Migrant Clinicians Network - We at MCN proclaim that we will serve all people in need, providing comprehensive health care to farm workers and their families and our communities regardless of race, religion, gender, nationality, immigration status or sexual orientation.
National Center for Farmworker Health (NCFH) - a wealth of information about America's farmworkers including population demographics, the agricultural economy, farmworker housing, occupational safety and health, farmworker health, farmworker children and facts about farmworkers.
Services for Migrant Children - Features an executive summary of the 1992-93 Urban Institute study prepared by the Department of Health and Human Services. Details include project objectives, sites selected, promising models of service integration, regional coordination, community coalitions, grower support, farmworker housing, lay educators, one-stop shopping and federal policy issues.
